Stealth Startup is seeking a Founding Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, CA, onsite. This role offers significant ownership and the chance to shape the product as we build AI-powered automation for the construction distribution industry.

You will work on full-stack development with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Google Cloud Platform, ship production-ready software, and collaborate directly with founders to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and GCP.
• Experience building production-ready AI agents, including context engineering, tool design, and evaluation frameworks.
• Comfortable working directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ships high-quality software quickly without compromising engineering standards.
• Passionate about staying on the cutting edge of AI technologies and applying them to real-world problems.
