Qualifications

Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Location: Remote

Overview

A decentralized platform for creating multimodal AI companions who are capitalized by top tier crypto VCs and are growing exponentially (20% MoM). The currently have 750k+ users with average paid session times of 3 hours.

You will be joining a founding team that is small but talented. They have leaders and builders who have industry leading experience working in both AI and crypto at companies like Meta, Apple, L1s, and other dApps.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of core technologies that power their avatars, image creator, and video creator
• Optimize inference stack for both latency and cost efficiency
• Staying up to date with latest developments in AI, especially in the areas of AI avatars, multimodal language models, foundation models in image generation, video generation, and 3d spatial understanding.
• Ensuring that their software systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable

Requirements

• Experience working with generative AI workflows, especially in the image/video/Avatar generation space
• Comfortable working with open source tools – e.g. Diffusion
• Previous background in AI (2+ years) and solid understanding of deep learning and computer vision fundamentals
• Interest in ML systems, optimizing performance of complex AI workflows
