We're launching Customer Success Engineering — a brand-new function at Sonar, built from Barcelona. As a founding CSE, you'll help write the playbook. We are proactive technical advisors who own the health, maturity, and growth of a customer portfolio — with AI at the core of how we operate, keeping a pulse on every account so we focus our energy where it creates the most impact. CSE is not support, not services, and not a sales overlay. It's a strategic role for engineers who love technology and business impact in equal measure — and who want to redefine what customer success looks like.
