Job summary

The SeventhHire LLC is seeking a founding engineer to work closely with the CTO to build live AI agents that deliver interactive product demos and learn from real customer conversations.

You will own production AI agents, ship React frontends and Python backends, and translate customer feedback into features from idea to production.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience, strong React and Python skills, and startup experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of full-stack engineering experience at a VC-backed B2B SaaS startup with paying customers.
• Strong React and Python skills, with hands-on ownership across frontend and backend.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI agents into production at a startup.
• Ability to explain how you evaluated those agents: test sets, failure analysis, quality measures, and improvements.
• Strong frontend and UX judgment, with examples of customer-facing products you built.

Responsibilities

• Production AI agents: Build LLM orchestration, conversation flows, tool use, and voice capabilities. Debug failures and improve performance with real customers.
• The customer experience: Ship React interfaces, interactive demos, and Python backend systems. Turn customer feedback into features you own from idea through production.
• Quality and reliability: Develop evaluations, test sets, regression checks, and agent versioning.
