The ideal candidate will have strong operational discipline combined with AI fluency and will be responsible for defining the AI operational model, partnering with various technology teams, and establishing governance processes to support AI services.

Expected base pay ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production operations, SRE, security operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience designing operational processes for new technologies.
• Experience with incident management and production controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish the AI and Agentic Operations program.
• Implement the initial operating model for AI solutions in production.
• Establish operational governance processes for AI services.
