Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Founding AI Agent Engineer to join an early-stage healthtech team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own the development of a production-grade, patient-facing AI agent designed to scale safely in a highly regulated environment, with a focus on reliability and compliance.

In this on-site role, you will build and orchestrate AI agents across multiple clinical trials, review production conversations, and develop evaluation and tracing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of software/agent engineering experience.
• Experience shipping agents or AI applications at scale.
• Proven ability to build evaluation and tracing infra for AI agents.
• Full-stack engineering with applied LLM experience.
• Undergraduate CS/Math degree or related field.
• Healthtech domain interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate AI agents across clinical trials.
• Review production conversations and improve agent harnesses.
• Integrate health profile data sources for outreach and qualification.
• Scale personalized agent conversations across voice, SMS, and email.
• Track developments in agent tooling and research for the platform.
