Job summary

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses across Maryland for a 1099 contractor role, delivering aesthetic treatments in clients' homes with a flexible schedule and the backing of a top-rated brand.

Founding Providers will build their own book of clients, receive overhead coverage, malpractice insurance, marketing, and ongoing support while focusing on helping clients look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland APRN license is required.
• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments such as toxin, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, following Pinch standards.
• Build your client book by treating a minimum of 5 clients per month from your network and community.
• Own your schedule, averaging 10–20 treatments per week to fit your life.
• Grow your business using Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Maintain organized client records and manage supplies to ensure smooth clinic operations.
