Job summary

Atomic Machines in Emeryville, CA is seeking a sharp, low-ego partner to support our CEO and Head of Strategic Growth, owning projects end to end and turning complex narratives into actionable plans.

You will be based in our Santa Clara office with occasional travel to Emeryville, drafting communications in the CEO's voice and protecting time and focus to accelerate our AI-native manufacturing mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to read 20-page technical narratives and summarize in three sentences.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving under limited direction.
• Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's operating rhythm: trackers, follow-ups, and action items from leadership meetings and close the loop.
• Prepare briefings and pre-reads for board, investor, customer, and candidate conversations.
• Turn long documents and discussions into short, accurate summaries with a clear recommendation.
• Own projects: drive cross-company initiatives to completion across teams.
• Draft narratives, memos, and communications in the CEO's voice.
• Identify issues, raise them, and propose fixes.
• Protect founders' time and manage calendars and requests with sharp judgment.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics for the CEO.
• Be a trusted point of contact for team, investors, customers, and partners.
• Handle highly sensitive information with complete discretion.
