This is how you will make an impact as a Founder’s Associate

Your mission is to make our founder more effective every week. Working directly with our CEO, Max, you will help turn company priorities into a clear leadership rhythm, well-prepared decisions, and reliable execution.

• Keep the CEO focused on what matters. Manage priorities, coordinate the founder’s agenda, and prepare key internal and external meetings so that time and attention go towards the highest-impact topics.
• Run our leadership rhythm. Own the preparation and follow-through of our Exec Sync and other leadership formats—from agendas and pre-reads to decision logs and action tracking.
• Turn strategy into accountability. Support Max in running our Must-Win Battles goal framework. Coordinate review cycles, make progress and blockers visible, and follow up with directors on their commitments on behalf of the CEO.
• Close the loop on decisions. Track CEO and leadership decisions through implementation, ensuring clear owners, deadlines, and timely escalation when work gets stuck.
• Prepare clear, compelling communication. Draft CEO communications, presentations, and briefing materials for internal audiences, customers, hospitals, and other external stakeholders.
• Drive selected strategic projects. Take ownership of time-boxed, cross-company initiatives—from structuring the problem to coordinating delivery and handing over to a clear long-term owner.
• Put AI into practice in the CEO Office. Become a hands-on user of agents built on Recare’s internal AI operating system. Help embed them into daily workflows while ensuring their use meets Recare’s governance and project standards.

• You have experience turning priorities into results. You bring relevant experience from a founder’s office, business operations, consulting, project management, or another fast-paced environment where you coordinated complex work and delivered outcomes.
• You bring structure to ambiguity. You can break an open-ended challenge into clear questions, priorities, owners, and next steps—without creating unnecessary process.
• You follow through. You are organized, dependable, and comfortable keeping senior stakeholders accountable. You know when to resolve an issue yourself and when to escape.
• You communicate with clarity and judgment. You can turn complex information into concise briefings, effective presentations, and actionable meeting materials.
• You build trust across functions. You collaborate confidently with senior leaders and colleagues, challenge constructively, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are as comfortable preparing a decision as you are maintaining an action tracker or coordinating the details that make a meeting productive.
