Job summary

Lio is seeking a Founders Associate in the CEO Office to work hands-on with the Go-to-Market team and across the company, turning strategic decisions into action.

In this role, you’ll support the CEO on strategic projects, help launch growth campaigns, and optimize internal processes to make the company faster and more scalable.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Growth, and Sales, own projects end-to-end, and contribute to shaping the enterprise AI leadership at Lio.

• Have 1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Think analytically, act proactively, and turn insights into action.
