Job summary

Referment is seeking a Technology Specialist to deliver high-touch technical support to a senior principal and family office. The role blends end-user support, systems administration, software development and security work, with exposure to enterprise engineering projects.

Responsibilities include desktop and device support, evaluating new products, building automations, applying cybersecurity practices, and leveraging generative AI to accelerate workflows.

Qualifications

• A technical degree and up to six years of comparable experience.
• Programming ability in Python, C# or PowerShell and familiarity with modern development practices.
• Strong Windows and/or UNIX knowledge plus practical systems administration and user-support experience.

The Role
