Job summary

Rama in San Francisco seeks a Founders Associate to work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO on a small, high‑impact team. The role spans three areas: top‑of‑funnel outbound sales, operations and internal systems, and founder‑directed special projects.

You will own full‑cycle sales, design processes that raise output per rep, and tackle strategic experiments such as new markets and product evaluation. Equity (~0.5%) and an annual bonus up to $30k accompany a base of $120k–$150k.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 to 5 years of experience in a generalist role
• Early-stage startup experience required
• Full cycle sales plus operations/systems experience
• Must be able to work in San Francisco 6 days per week in person
• Must already be working in the US, no relocation

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle outbound: prospecting, cold outreach, booking meetings, demos and calls
• Develop and maintain the internal operations engine — tooling, processes, and efficiency improvements
• Lead founder-directed projects (new markets, product evaluation) and rapid GTM feedback
• Conduct research and analysis to inform go-to-market and product decisions with fast delivery
• Own unowned, high-impact work in a small five-person company
