Each week you might interview customers, build an ROI model, write a research report, or help launch a new product. The work changes as the company evolves.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong written communication for clear memos and reports.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business and listen to customer needs.
• Interview customers and spend time with users.
• Analyze product usage and read feedback to extract insights.
• Prepare ROI models and participate in strategic discussions.
• Help launch new product ideas and organize initiatives.
• Turn customer conversations into a distinctive point of view.
• Publish original research and support founder content.
