lemon.markets is building Brokerage-as-a-Service to enable investors across Europe. As a Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the Founder and CEO to drive strategic priorities and execution across commercial, product, and operations teams.

You will own high-impact projects, mentor the intern team, and help scale the company while collaborating with the parent group, dwpbank. This is a fast-moving fintech environment offering growth and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer science or a similar area.
• Entrepreneurial problem solver with ownership mindset.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced environment; fintech/startup/tech background ideal.
• Experience from brokerage, trading or custody desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Founder and CEO on strategic and operational projects driving company goals.
• Own and lead projects focusing on brokerage, custody and capital markets.
• Analyze market developments and trends across European financial infrastructure.
• Lead special projects supporting Lemon.markets' growth and scale.
• Mentor and structure the Founder’s Associate Intern team and ensure quality execution.
• Refine internal processes and operating structures, leveraging AI opportunities.
• Execute cross-functional initiatives across teams and align priorities across the org.
• Bridge gaps and blockers to enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
