Job summary

Lemrock is building the infrastructure of agentic commerce. We seek a Founder's Associate to partner directly with the founders on cross-functional projects, framing problems and delivering results across strategy, ops, BD, product feedback and fundraising.

You will own processes, track metrics, qualify partners, gather client feedback and help automate reporting and outreach using AI tools, all while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience after graduation in strategy consulting or operator roles at startups.
• Degree from a top business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
• High ownership, autonomy, and curiosity.
• Ability to move fast and operate in ambiguity.
• AI-forward mindset with daily AI tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Structure internal processes, track key metrics, and run cross-functional projects.
• Identify and qualify potential partners, lead outreach, meetings and deals.
• Gather client/user insights and translate feedback into product priorities.
• Assist in fundraising and investor communications; prepare materials.
• Automate reporting and research tasks using AI.

The role

As Founder's Associate, you work directly with the founders on high-impact topics across the company. You take ownership of cross-functional projects, from framing the problem to delivering the result, and you are exposed to the full stack of building an early-stage startup.

Your mission

• Strategy & ops: structure internal processes, track key metrics, and run cross-functional projects through to execution

• Business development: identify and qualify potential partners (retailers, platforms, integrators), and lead outreach, meetings and deal execution

• Product & feedback loop: gather insights from clients and users, and translate field feedback into product priorities

• Fundraising & investor relations: build decks, market analysis and strategic materials, and manage ongoing investor interactions

• Automate what can be automated: AI in reporting, research and outreach

Profile

Must-have

• 1 to 5 years of experience after graduation, in strategy consulting, in an operator role at a startup (Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, BizOps, Strategy & Ops), or both

• Degree from a top business or engineering school

• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and attention to detail

• High level of ownership, autonomy and curiosity

• Ability to move fast, learn fast and operate in ambiguity

• AI-forward: you use AI tools in your daily workflow and have already automated part of it

• Fluent French, professional English

A plus

• Strategy consulting first, then an operator role at a startup or scale-up

• Experience in fundraising, business development or venture capital

• Strong interest in AI and commerce
