Job summary

Lemon.io is a remote-first startup that acts as an autopilot for recruiting, delivering vetted candidates to notable companies. We seek a senior relationship manager to run founder outreach, build a steady pipeline of meetings with prospects, partners, and influencers, and own the end-to-end outreach process.

You will identify who to reach, warm up contacts, and book meetings while monitoring social channels, managing CRM, and prepping for discussions with founders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship management or outbound sales, ideally in tech, with a track record of building double-sided value.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, high personalization, and emotional intelligence.
• Proactive, ambitious, process-minded, and comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Find the right people to reach, inside and outside the founder's network.
• Reach out on the founder's behalf, warm up contacts, and book meetings.
• Monitor social media to spot engaging people, manage CRM, and prep for meetings.
