Finary is hiring a Growth Intern in Paris to execute hands-on growth across channels while handling data and automation. The role is AI-native and requires shipping from week 1.

You will build dashboards, run CRM campaigns, support SEO, and contribute to lead generation for Finary One. The team values initiative, fast learning, and a strong interest in personal finance.

Start ASAP, six-month contract, on-site in Paris, reporting to Product Growth. Fluency in French and English is required.

About the role

You will join as a Growth Intern with a hybrid scope: hands-on growth execution across channels, plus data and automation work that makes the whole team faster. The team is AI-native: we automate everything that can be automated and spend our time on what moves the needle. This is not a "watch and learn" internship. You ship from week 1.

Growth execution

• Create and manage content across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)

• Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance across channels, including the YouTube-to-signup funnel

• Design and implement automations to eliminate repetitive marketing and data workflows

• Leverage AI tools extensively: agents, workflows, analysis, reporting

• Bring data-driven recommendations to editorial and marketing meetings
