Syntrace is seeking a Founder's Associate based in New York to work directly with the CEO on the work that matters most: customers, capital, hiring and key projects as we build our presence in the US. You will see how a company is built from the inside and help decide where it goes.

Our users entrust us with sensitive conversations, so security is a core part of the product. This is a founding role with significant responsibility and room to impact strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• A few years in investment banking, consulting, venture capital or a fast-growing company.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
• Clear writing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on customers, capital, hiring and strategic projects.
• Help decide the US-focused direction as the company scales in the US.
• Contribute to building Syntrace's presence in the United States.

We are now hiring a Founder's Associate, based in New York.

You will work directly with the CEO on the work that matters most: customers, capital, hiring and the projects that do not belong to anyone yet, as we build our presence in the US. You will see how a company is built from the inside, and help decide where it goes.
