Syntrace in New York is seeking a data analyst to turn data into decisions. You will analyze how customers use the product and measure the quality of what our AI delivers, providing actionable insights to product, sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in data analysis or a strong academic background in a quantitative field.
• Strong SQL, and experience with Python or a similar language for analysis.
• The ability to turn a vague question into a clear answer.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into decisions by analyzing how customers use the product.
• Measure the quality of AI outputs and provide insights to product, sales and leadership.
