Syntrace, a fast-growing firm helping institutional investors, is hiring a Business Analyst based in New York. You will join a small, senior team and support pricing decisions, market sizing, and customer economics with rigorous analysis and clear writing.

You will work directly with leadership to translate data into actionable insights, build models, and communicate recommendations. This founding role offers exposure to every part of how a company is built and to decisions that matter.

Qualifications

• A few years in consulting, banking, or an analytical role at a fast-growing company.
• Strong modelling skills and comfort with data.
• Clear writing.
