Qualifications

• Ship consumer products end-to-end from concept to production.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js.
• Experience designing/building APIs, SQL databases, and data models.
• Hands-on with authentication, payments, subscriptions, and deployment.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
• Comfort using AI development tools while maintaining code quality.
• Background in consumer apps, social tools, or cross-platform development is valuable.
• Founder mentality with strategic thinking and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences and interfaces to drive adoption and retention.

• Ship polished MVPs or substantial iterations in 3-7 days, maintaining quality.

• Debug production issues, iterate based on user feedback, and own retention and engagement metrics.
