Acquisition.com in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Director of Business Workshops to diagnose bottlenecks and guide founders to grow faster. You’ll lead live workshops, translate complex scaling concepts into actionable lessons, and present on stage within 30 days.

Requirements include operating a seven-figure business with payroll and growth decisions, plus the ability to teach with strong storytelling and candid feedback. Relocation support is provided and workshops occur onsite in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Built and operated a seven-figure business with payroll, teams, and growth decisions.
• Able to transition fully into this role and stop operating any outside company.
• Able to diagnose a business quickly and identify the true constraint holding growth back, and translate into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to identify true constraint and allocate resources.
• Facilitate live founder discussions and diagnostics to surface bottlenecks.
• Translate scaling concepts into clear, immediately applicable lessons.
• Prepare rigorously by researching attending businesses and anticipating challenges.
• Improve craft through practice, diagnostics, and workshop reviews.
• Strengthen the advisory team by sharing insights and mentoring teammates.
