Qualifications

• Strong track record in improving processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Ability to translate objectives into executable plans in a fast-moving startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute AlphaLab and portfolio programming.
• Improve founder experience by streamlining navigation of programs and resources.
• Evaluate operating processes and create scalable playbooks and templates.
• Support organization and delivery of resources, platforms, and services for portfolio companies.
• Collect founder feedback, track engagement, and translate insights into improvements.
• Apply AI and automation to day-to-day operations to boost efficiency.
