Job summary

Innovation Works, Inc. in Pittsburgh seeks a Platform Operations Manager to deliver an exceptional founder experience across AlphaLab and the seed portfolio. You will lead company programming operations and manage the systems that support growth.

Collaborate with Managing Directors, Program Managers, and investment teams to scale resources, events, and community experiences, while building scalable processes and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, operations, customer success, startup support, or related.
• Experience with startups, accelerators, or venture ecosystems preferred.
• Strong project-management, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for companies, guiding them through programs and services.
• Lead onboarding for accelerator and portfolio companies with a consistent introduction to Innovation Works.
• Manage company-facing help requests and route to the right team.
• Maintain engagement with founders and enable connections to mentors and resources.
• Identify recurring needs and improve programs and services; manage program calendars and logistics.
• Track engagement metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
