# Founder Content Producer* In-person — Los Angeles* $3k/mo retainer* Performance bonuses up to $12k/mo totalI’m looking for a storyteller. Someone who can look at a day in the life of a startup and spot the moment that becomes the video, then shoot it, cut it, and post it before the moment is gone. Griddy is a daily football strategy game with hundreds of thousands of players, built by one person, with a community that’s involved in nearly every decision. There’s a real story in how it gets built and why. Your job is to find that story every day and tell it in short-form video.You’ll run my TikTok and Instagram and post every single day. That means being with me in Los Angeles several times a week to capture what’s actually happening, then editing it, writing the captions, and getting it out. It also means doing the part I can’t: I’m awful at creating content and I don’t enjoy it, so you’ll pull the stories out of me, ask the pointed questions, and pitch what we should make next. You’ll know how to marry the trends, viral formats, and hooks that are working right now with the day-to-day of building a company, and turn the founder journey into something people want to follow. The goal is as much exposure for Griddy as possible: bring new players in through the story, and give the community we already have a better sense of what we’re doing and why.The role is a $3,000 monthly retainer for posting at least once a day, with performance bonuses up to $12,000 a month based on views and engagement. The right person has a track record of building successful short-form accounts with videos they filmed and edited themselves, is comfortable on both sides of the camera, edits with ease, and has a sharp intuition for what travels and how to get it there. A real interest in startups and entrepreneurship helps, because you’ll be asking a founder questions all day. An interest in sports and the NFL will help a lot too, since that’s the world Griddy lives in and the audience you’ll be making content for.
