  • Expand and strengthen the foundation funding pipeline by identifying and qualifying new prospects, monitoring funding trends, and aligning opportunities with organizational priorities.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, reports, and other donor-facing materials that effectively communicate impact and funding opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to programmatic, finance, and executive leadership teams to develop funding strategies and ensure exceptional grant stewardship.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the mental health and philanthropic funding landscape, identifying emerging opportunities and competitive positioning for the organization.
  • Support senior leadership in donor engagement, strategic relationship management, and high-level fundraising initiatives.
  • Drive disciplined portfolio management and fundraising forecasting through effective use of Salesforce and moves-management best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Development team.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
