Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer for Foundations based in Montgomery, IL. You will start on-site with the crew, ensuring they have what they need, then document and record everything and plan for the days ahead to set the project up for success.

You will closely communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents while contributing to a growing, family-owned company that values training and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related; 2+ years of related experience.
• Industrial and Civil Background Preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Travel required; this position requires extensive travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Engineer, support all needs to help with a successful project completion on site.
• Document and record project data and plan ahead with Project Managers and Superintendents.
