Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support foundations and industrial project execution on-site with the crew. You will ensure daily needs are met and manage documentation to keep projects moving forward.

You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, planning ahead for upcoming work and ensuring the crew has what they need to succeed. The role emphasizes communication, attention to detail, and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience in Construction, or equivalent combination of both.
• Industrial and Civil Background Preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support all needs to help with a successful project completion.
• Start on-site with the crew and ensure they have everything they need for the day.
• Perform required documentation and record entry for the project and plan for the next days/weeks ahead to set the crew and project up for success.
• Work closely and communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
