This role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering and 0–2 years of related experience, plus heavy travel (70–90%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience in construction or equivalent.
• Travel 70–90% required; valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team member supporting successful project completion.
• On-site with the crew to ensure they have everything for the day.
• Document and record project activity and plan for upcoming days/weeks.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.
