Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial field experience as a pile driver helper.
• NCCER Basic Rigger Certification preferred or willingness to test.
• Valid TWIC Card, OSHA Basic Plus, and ability to pass safety-related courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in piling operations and rigging.
• Erect and dismantle lattice boom cranes.
• Obtain tools and lay out work.
• Follow instructions and interpret hand signals for crane operations.
• Work outdoors and adhere to company safety policies.
