Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of piledriving experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience operating hydraulic and vibratory pile-driving equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong safety practices and procedures.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate pile-driving equipment (hydraulic/ vibratory hammers, leads).
• Interpret blueprints and plans to locate piles and depths.
• Assemble, disassemble and maintain pile-driving gear.
• Set and align piles per specs; ensure plumb and grade.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust during operations.
• Communicate with crew and supervisors; observe safety rules.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections; report major issues.
