The Coordinator collaborates with the Program Manager and Associate Dean of Mathematics, overseeing training, materials, and assessment efforts to enhance student success and instructional quality.

Qualifications

• Coordinate instructor training and material development.
• Lead data collection and analysis for program improvement.
• Provide mentorship to adjunct faculty in Foundations for Mathematical Success.
• Ensure accessibility standards for course materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance instructor training materials.
• Enroll instructors and monitor completion of training components.
• Track instructor participation and pre-semester training requirements.
• Edit and prepare lecture notes for publication and distribution.
• Update, organize, and maintain course materials and exams.
• Manage exam rotation and Testing Center prep.
• Recruit, interview, and select Learning Assistants.
• Coordinate LA course placements with Faculty Leads.
• Develop and lead LA training sessions.
• Supervise Learning Assistants and provide ongoing support.
• Collect and analyze program data; prepare reports for planning.
