Job summary

Rhinolift Foundation Repair is seeking a skilled Foundation Repair Foreman to oversee a crew in the Concord, North Carolina area. The role oversees project execution from start to finish, coordinating with clients and management to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities include inspections, repair planning, and mentoring technicians, with a focus on underpinning, slab jacking, and pier installation. OSHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in foundation repair or related construction.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.

  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess foundation issues, identify repair needs, and develop repair plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders on requirements and timelines.
  • Train and mentor team members on repair techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship, addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials and keep records of work orders and inspections.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status and budget.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Repair Foreman to oversee and lead our foundation repair crew. The Foundation Repair Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of foundation repair projects from start to finish. This individual will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in foundation repair techniques, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with the team and clients effectively.

What Will I Be Doing?
  • Lead and manage a team of foundation repair technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding project status, budget adherence, and any notable developments.
Requirements
Do I Have What It Takes?
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in foundation repair or related construction field, with a demonstrated track record of successful project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of technicians.
  • In-depth knowledge of foundation repair techniques, including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization methods.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering highquality results.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
