Seal-Tite Basement Waterproofing Co. in Troutville, VA is seeking a physically demanding field worker to lift and stabilize structures, install waterproofing components, and support a seasoned crew on residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create safe, efficient job setups by transporting materials and equipment with a box truck and trailer.
• Assist with lifting and stabilizing foundations and working in crawlspaces and basements.
• Drive supports into ground to help stop settlement and restore structure strength.
• Install waterproofing systems to keep basements and crawl spaces dry.
• Work with a seasoned crew and learn on the job.

About Seal-Tite

Seal-Tite Basement Waterproofing Co. has been repairing basements, foundations, and crawl spaces since 1972, with over 40,000 foundations completed across Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We are a licensed and insured contractor serving residential, commercial, and institutional properties with interior and exterior waterproofing, foundation repair, sump pumps, and crawl space solutions.

How You’ll Contribute

You’ll help lift and stabilize structures and handle the tough physical work that protects homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure from long-term damage. It’s demanding work that builds real skill over time. We’ll train you to do it right, as long as you’re willing to put in the effort and can meet the insurance requirements needed to drive company vehicles on commercial and military sites.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Create safe, efficient job setups by driving a box truck and pulling a trailer to transport materials and equipment.
• Help lift and stabilize foundations by digging, setting up equipment, and working in crawlspaces and basements.
• Help stop settlement and restore foundation strength by driving supports deep into stable ground with lifting tools and machinery.
• Build lasting protection by installing waterproofing systems that keep basements and crawlspaces dry.
• Work with a seasoned crew that’s been together for years. They know their stuff, care about doing solid work, and are quick to help anyone willing to learn.

What You Bring

• You don’t shy away from tough work. You take pride in doing the jobs most people wouldn’t crawl into, and you know there are days when you’ll dig in, sweat, and earn every bit of the satisfaction of fixing the most important unseen parts.
• You’re able to meet insurance standards based on your driving record and background check to drive company vehicles on military sites.
• You have a valid driver’s license and are authorized to work in the US.

Even Better But Not Required

• You already have some construction, foundation repair, or welding experience
• You have a CDL license
