Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a skilled Experience Management Platform Administrator to manage Litera Foundation across experience, expertise, and proposal modules. You will oversee configuration, training, onboarding, and user adoption in collaboration with firm stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data governance, automated workflows, AI enablement, and robust reporting to support the firm’s objectives, with a hybrid in-office/remote work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, knowledge management, analytics, or related functions in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and communications, data/information science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with labor and employment law a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Litera Foundation, including training and onboarding.
• Oversee data quality, content, integrations, and taxonomy across modules.
• Lead platform rollouts, upgrades, and major enhancements firm-wide.
• Design automated workflows to capture experience data from lawyers and staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into tech solutions.
