Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a full-time Foundation Operations Coordinator to support the Foundation's central operations and coordinate with philanthropy, finance, and other departments. This role provides high-level, professional support to the organization under the VP of Philanthropy.

The position oversees data analysis, donor gift processing, and coordination across departments, ensuring timely completion of key initiatives and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Two plus years of general business experience.
• Experience with project management is required.
• Experience handling donor gifts and acknowledgements preferred.
• Proficiency with fundraising databases is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP in managing key Foundation initiatives including data analysis and operations activities.
• Accept and process donor gifts and produce acknowledgement letters.
• Track gifts, pledges and payments with the VP of Philanthropy and Finance office.
• Coordinate activities with other departments for events, invitations, mailing lists, budgets, and schedules.
• Organize the VP's schedule and coordinate meetings and calendars.
