Institute of Foundation Models is seeking a Community Development Manager to expand real-world adoption of our foundation models. You will bridge research and practical use, ensuring accessible, well-documented models for external developers, partners, and organizations.

The role emphasizes building a vibrant developer ecosystem, coordinating workshops, webinars, and training, and shaping adoption strategies with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years in developer relations or tech community roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a developer and user community around IFM models and APIs.
• Plan workshops, hackathons, webinars, and training; develop partnerships to promote adoption.
• Create public docs, tutorials, guides, and case studies; measure impact and iterate on programs.
