Institute of Foundation Models is seeking a Community Development Manager to expand real-world adoption of our foundation models. You will build a vibrant developer ecosystem, create accessible documentation, and run events to showcase capabilities across language, vision, and multimodal models.

The role bridges research and product, requiring strong communication, teamwork with product/engineering, and a passion for open innovation in collaboration with external partners and industry.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 3–6 years in developer relations or related external-facing roles and can translate research to practice.
• Experience documenting APIs, examples, and onboarding for external developers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a developer and user community around IFM models, APIs, and tools.
• Plan workshops, hackathons, webinars, and training sessions to showcase model capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to translate research into usable demos and docs.
