Job summary

Groundworks is hiring Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites, install equipment, troubleshoot issues, test performance, and clean up after work is done. You’ll work with experienced crews and benefit from extensive training and equipment support, with a clear path for growth within a leading foundation solutions company.

Ideal candidates will perform general construction labor, handle materials up to 50 lbs, and enter crawl spaces as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of basic trade tools and their safe use.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and deliver heavy materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs as needed.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain safety standards.
• Support teammates to ensure project success and maintain professionalism.
