Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to join our field teams. You’ll travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, troubleshoot problems, test systems, and tidy the job site after completion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience in construction environment.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety and conduct.
• Foster teamwork and support team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks to ensure project success.
