Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management equipment. You’ll troubleshoot, test, and complete site clean‑up while working with an experienced crew. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and on‑site problem solving in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade-specific tools for installations.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues, test equipment, and complete site cleanup.
• Assist with general construction labor such as digging and back-filling.
• Follow safety policies and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism.
