Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to join our team. You will travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, test performance, and ensure a clean, safe finish after work is completed.

Ideal candidates have construction experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work outdoors in varying conditions, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-focused work

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Walks and stands for long periods; performs strenuous labor under adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential or commercial buildings to install equipment and troubleshoot.
• Test installed equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Load, carry and deliver materials to job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to company policies.
