Job summary

Groundworks in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews from start to finish, owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project. You will coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure installations reflect our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew serving customers in a local market.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assess site conditions and assign duties based on plan and time.
• Install products with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with high-quality service on site.
• Ensure final documentation is complete and accurate.
• Supervise the crew and train Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drive the company vehicle to job sites daily.
• Report to work on time consistently.
