Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to join our field teams. You’ll travel to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, test components, and complete clean-up while following safety standards.

You will perform general construction tasks, load materials, and work in confined spaces, outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver's license and reliability are required for this role in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
