• Experience in the construction industry.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of installation tools and equipment.
• Respect safety and workplace conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor such as digging trenches and site cleanup.
• Assist with product installation under supervision.
• Transport heavy materials up to 50 lbs to job sites.
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism.
• Report to work on time every day.
