Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management systems. You’ll troubleshoot, test equipment, and complete clean-up after each job, working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Daily duties include assisting with product installations, loading materials, and entering crawl spaces or basements to perform repairs while maintaining safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
