Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites to install equipment, test performance, and clean up after completion.

You’ll work with experienced crews and benefit from industry‑leading training and equipment, delivering lasting foundation and water management solutions in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety standards.
• Follow instructions and company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships to support team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks to ensure project success.
• Regularly and reliably report to work on time.
