Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management solutions. You’ll troubleshoot issues, test equipment, and clean up after each job, joining experienced crews with strong training and growth potential.

The role emphasizes hands-on construction work, safety discipline, and teamwork, with a mix of outdoor conditions and a structured development path at an award-winning company.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs or installations.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, following safety standards and instructions.
• Support team goals and maintain professionalism and company reputation.
