Job summary
Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks Installers to travel to residential and commercial sites to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, and complete cleanup. You will work with experienced crews in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoy stable career growth with award‑winning leadership.
Responsibilities include manual labor, product installation under supervision, and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Prior construction exposure and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, trench back‑filling, and site cleanup.
- Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
- Load and transport heavy materials to job sites (up to 50 lbs).
- Access crawl spaces and basements for repairs as needed.
- Work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining safety standards.
- Follow company policies and uphold professional conduct.
- Support teammates to ensure project success and timely completion.
