Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is looking for Installers to join our team. You’ll travel to residential or commercial sites, install equipment, troubleshoot issues, run tests and clean up after completion.

You will work outdoors in varied weather, lift up to 50 lbs, follow safety standards, and support experienced crews with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
